Mid-year Enrolment Information for 2009
Elizabeth College will re-enrol all
current students for 2009 over a two day period in August.
A letter has been sent to your homes
explaining the process fully to your parents/guardians and
inviting them to participate.
Home Group teachers will provide additional
information to you. Enrolment times are listed below.
Wednesday 20th August
9.00am-4.00pm at Elizabeth College
Thursday 28th August
3.00pm-4.30pm at Elizabeth College
Students will be enrolled via scheduled
appointments set up through Home Group. Home Group teachers will
information and details about 2009 subject choices prior to
these sessions. All students will be given a copy of the
handbook. It is important that you read this thoroughly prior to
enrolment time so that you can make informed decisions about
subject choices.
Students will complete preliminary
enrolment drafts at this time under the supervision of their
Home Group teachers which they will then take to their scheduled
enrolment interview. Please note that these enrolment sessions
are deemed formal enrolment in the College for 2009 and those
applying for Year 13 status will do so at this point as well via
Home Group teacher. Students will receive a letter on the day
confirming their subject choices. Enrolment changes may be made
on Tuesday 18th November, 2008 or Monday 2nd
February 2009.
It is extremely important
that you make yourself available at the time of your interview
so as not to jeopardise your place at the College in 2009.
Normal classes will run at this time.
